Responsible for managing the sales of medical equipment’s falling under diagnostics and cardiology (e.g. – Otoscope, Ophthalmoscope, ECG, Holter, TMT, Auto-refractometer, ABPM etc.)

Role & Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets for the Front-Line Care product range.
Identify and prospect potential customers distributors in hospitals, clinics, and medical institutions.
Co-ordination with OEM partners regular basis to drive the sales number in the assigned territory.
Meeting and conducting product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the features & benefits of devices.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, doctors, Paramedics, and other healthcare professionals.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Provide feedback to the management on customer needs and market demand.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
* Preference will be given to person with prior experience in Cardiology, ENT, Ophthalmology range of products.
B.Tech / M.Tech (Biomedical/Life-Sciences) similar domain
MBA (will be an add-on)
Prior experience in selling medical devices or similar products.
Strong product knowledge in Otoscope, Ophthalmoscope, ECG, Holter, TMT, Autorefractometer, ABPM, etc. or related medical equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Negotiation skills and ability to close deals successfully.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as required.
