Summary/objective

Responsible for managing the sales of medical equipment’s falling under diagnostics and cardiology (e.g. – Otoscope, Ophthalmoscope, ECG, Holter, TMT, Auto-refractometer, ABPM etc.)

  • Base Location: New Delhi
  • Division : Sales
  • Territory: North India

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets for the Front-Line Care product range.
  • Identify and prospect potential customers distributors in hospitals, clinics, and medical institutions.
  • Co-ordination with OEM partners regular basis to drive the sales number in the assigned territory.
  • Meeting and conducting product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the features & benefits of devices.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, doctors, Paramedics, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the management on customer needs and market demand.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Experience

    3–5 Years

    * Preference will be given to person with prior experience in Cardiology, ENT, Ophthalmology range of products.

    Qualification

    B.Tech / M.Tech (Biomedical/Life-Sciences) similar domain
    MBA (will be an add-on)

    Additional Requirements

  • Prior experience in selling medical devices or similar products.
  • Strong product knowledge in Otoscope, Ophthalmoscope, ECG, Holter, TMT, Autorefractometer, ABPM, etc. or related medical equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to close deals successfully.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as required.
