Summary/objective

  • Drive sales and manage sales operations for medical equipment and devices.

  • Handle end-to-end pre and post-sales coordination, including lead generation, follow-ups, and client engagement.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals (clinical and para-clinical).

  • Manage technical sales for the Simulation and capital business focusing on segments like Front line Care, ENT, Urology, Surgical, radiology, hospital care, patient monitoring, etc.

  • Prepare technical presentations and promotional materials for training and marketing purposes.

  • Ensure key account management for medical institutions, maintaining long-term relationships.

  • Prepare quotations and technical proposals; manage post-sales customer support and follow-ups.

  • Maintain proficiency in computer applications and internet-based tools.

  • Build and manage dealer networks to expand regional business reach.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Candidates with Experience in Medical Device or Equipment.
  • Prior experience in Capital and simulation business.
  • Must posses Technical/Clinical acumen of sales

Experience

  • 2-5 Yrs. Experiences in Sales through channels and direct customers.

Qualification

  • Minimum graduate in Biomedical/Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Pharma/B.Sc
