Summary/objective

Division : Medekom – Sales

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets forskill trainers & simulators

  • Identify and prospect potential customers/distributors in Medical, Nursing and Allied Health Colleges - Govt./Pvt., Corporate Hospitals & Simulation Training Centers

  • Working according to company sales policy under Sales Manager on regular basis to drive the sales number in the assigned territory.

  • Meeting and conducting product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the features and benefits of the products.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, doctors, paramedics, and other healthcare professionals.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

  • Provide feedback to the management on customer needs and market demand.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.

  • Open to travelling in the assigned territory.

  • On time payment collection against sales

  • Market information (New Tender’s/New Institute/Hospitals)

  • Direct promotion and sales of medicalsimulation product line

  • Attending academic events in assigned territory

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prior experience in selling medical devices or similar products.
  • Medical equipment companies (preferably medical simulation, anaesthesia, and critical
    care/Ultrasound), Imaging companies, and surgical equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to close deals successfully.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as required.

Experience

  • 3- 7 years of experience in Sales through channels and direct customers.

Qualification

  • Science graduate (B.Sc./M.Sc.) BBA, B. Pharma, MBA (will be an add-on)
  • Preference will be given to a person with prior experience in anaesthesia and critical care
    care/Ultrasound), Imaging companies, Surgical Equipment
