Summary/objective

To lead the Sales and foster relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth and meet sales target within the healthcare sector.

  • Base Location: New Delhi
  • Division: Sales
  • Territory: PAN India

    Role & Responsibilities

  • Adoption and promotion of the technology used in the allotted device segment.
  • KOL Management: Managing and engaging the key account leaders – Doctors and influencers of hospitals, urology centers and other healthcare facilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to achieve company objectives for assigned business segments.
  • Participate in exhibitions, CMEs, and conferences to promote the segment devices.
  • Keep updated with industry information, product knowledge, and market trends to provide accurate and insightful information to clients.
  • Provide lead generation and support to the sales team in the closure of the lead.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
  • Utilisation of the installed equipment at the all the locations (treatment sites) mapped.
  • Experience

    5-7 years

      * Prior experience of Urology is mandatory

        Qualification

        B-Tech / M.Tech – Biomedical
        MBA (will be an add-on)

        Additional Requirements

      • Prior experience in Urology-domain is mandatory
      • In-depth knowledge of the medical device industry, current market trends and competitors.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
      • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
      • Flexibility and willingness to travel as required to meet client needs and attend industry events in PAN india
